Just discovered the pleasures of your music. Tremendous vocals and musicianship par excellence. As a 50 something you've taken me back to the days when countless pubs allowed bands to let the audience have a great time listening to music as it should be - from the heart and with an edge. Love to know if you ever venture down to London because if you do I'll be at the head of the queue!

Aw it's a shame you don't like the new stuff, Malky. I don't really see it as country although I know the new instruments are used a lot in country music. The chordal progressions and structure are still very much in the blues tradition but I totally understand that everyone has their own tastes. We will still be playing ALL our songs live, both the new stuff and old stuff so we kinda just write what we write and hope you guys like it. I still think it's great that people, no matter what their taste in music support new, unsigned bands whoever they are, and I thank you for that. Best of luck, Annettexx

Fantastic gig last night. You were all on top form. Every one of us had a fantastic time last night at Noble's. The punters around us and at the bar and even talking in the mens bog (John told me I wasn't in there myself, I promise)were really taken with the change of style. Some really great comments about the way the guys playing complimented your voice and allowed everyone to hear that there is a lot more to Leather and Beer than the well loved rocky blues. It was something else. Don't leave it too long before you give folks another look at that side of the bank. Thanks for a great night, love to all.

Went along to Nobles last night, bit surprised at the new line up but TOTALLY loved it. The whole thing was a lot more laid back and uncomplicated. Best gig to date for me.

For my birthday my husband treated me to a fantastic weekend in Edinburgh at a posh hotel and restaurant. We went for a walk and ended up in Nobles in the hope that music might be played. Thought we had died and gone to heaven when we heard the band. EXACTLY our taste in music and we kept asking why they aren't professional?!
It isn't often you hear this standard of music being played anywhere. The "Bullfrog Blues" was amazing. We don't live in Edinburgh but will certainly try to find the venues and "follow the band".

Hi I am Stuart manager of Nobles bar in Leith.I just wanted to come on and leave a message about this amazing band.From their cd I said their is no way these guys can be an average blues band but after listening to it I knew I had to get these guys to play in my pub.They did not dissapoint and totally rocked the place.I am now glad to say that they have a regular slot with us and always put on one hell of a show.Get your asses along to see this band!
